TITLE: Program Operations Administrator

REPORTS TO: Operations Administrator
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the Supported Foster Care program while overseeing the operations of a dependency case management units and its supervisors, case management staff and support staff. This position entails a flexible work schedule-generally 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m., including at least a 30 minute lunch period. The position requires 24/7 on-call availability.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Masters Degree in a human services related field from an accredited university, at least two years relevant experience supervising staff while working with children and families in the Child Welfare System or a Bachelor's Degree, three years relevant experience supervising staff while working with children and families in the Child Welfare System and 5 years experience working in the area of child welfare Must possess a state of Florida Child Protection Certification; and have working knowledge of Medicaid and the Florida Department of Children and Families policies and procedures.
TITLE: Dependency Case Manager Supervisor
DEPT: Community Based Care
REPORTS TO: Program Operations Administrator
JOB SUMMARY: To manage the daily operations of a dependency case management unit; supervise case management staff and support staff; coordinate service delivery to ensure that client needs and program goals are being met. This position entails a flexible work schedule-generally 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m., including at least a thirty minute lunch period. The position requires 24/7 on-call availability.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Masters Degree in a human services related field from an accredited university, two years relevant experience working with children and families in the Child Welfare System, possess a state of Florida Child Protection Certification; or a Bachelors degree in a human or non-human services related field, four years of relevant experience working with children and families in the Child Welfare System and a state of Florida Child Protection Certification. TITLE: IT Support Technician (Part-Time)
DEPT: Administration
REPORTS TO: IT Manager
JOB SUMMARY: This is a technical position involved with the support and maintenance of computer systems for the Center for Family and Child Enrichment. This position has primary responsibility for: supporting the Windows operating system and related applications, on-going daily support, maintenance and installation of hardware and software; and the ability to set-up and install computers, peripheral devices, Ethernet 10/100 components, Windows 2000/XP and other software applications.
SHIFT: 20 hours per week. Shedule to be determined upon hire.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field; and at least one year relevant work experience.
TITLE: DependencyCase Manager
DEPT: Community Based Care
REPORTS TO: Dependency Case Manager Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: Develop and review service plans and implement activities which assure access to services documented in dependency court case plans. Advocate for clients at relevant agencies, service planning meetings and in the courts, as needed. Schedule appointments, including contacting responsible parties to coordinate appointments giving directions as needed and/or arranging transportation and other services as needed.
SHIFT: Primarily day shift; however, on call 24/7 as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related behavioral science discipline. A minimum of one year working with children.
TITLE: Youth Care Worker
DEPT: Residential Group Homes
REPORTS TO: Program Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY: Provide direct care services for residents of the CFCE group homes. This includes discussing all rules & regulations with youth at time of admission, participation in all day, evening and night activities with shelter residents and monitoring resident areas to provide a safe therapeutic environment. Additional duties include preparing meals for residents, attending scheduled in-service trainings and completing daily inspections and progress notes. Complete other duties as directed.
SHIFT: Varies
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year experience working with youth. Valid Florida Driver’s License/insurance. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
