DRUG FREE WORKPLACE
The Center for Family and Child Enrichment has an obligation
to its employees, clients and the public at large to reasonably
ensure safety in our workplace, as well as safety in our products.
Consequently, the following are strictly prohibited: use,
possession, sale, purchase, transfer or being under the influence
of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or other intoxicants at any

With that said, all employees must pass a pre-employment drug

Job Summary
This is a professional position with the responsibility of the
recruitment, training, and initial licensing of prospective
foster parents. You must exhibit appropriate, professional and
courteous behavior towards clients, colleagues, families and the
community at large.
Shift
Generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm w/one hour lunch. This position will
require some evening & weekend hours.
Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in the area of psychology, social work or related
behavioral science discipline; a minimum of one year experience in
child welfare and a working knowledge of foster care licensing. Must
also be MAPP certified and have access to a well maintained vehicle,
valid auto insurance and a current and valid Drivers License. Bilingual,
English/Spanish preferred.
MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST (Part-time)

Job Summary
General indoor and outdoor maintenance and repair work for multiple office
and group home locations. Daily activities will include plastering, painting
and general household repairs.
Skills
Basic computer skills. Ability to use a wide range of common hand and power
tools; as well as precision and measuring instruments and electrical and
electronic testing devices.
Shift
Primarily day shift with occasional weekend and evening hours. On call
for emergency repairs.
Physical Requirements
Will include standing, lifting, climbing, bending and working occasionally in
cramped and/or uncomfortable settings.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Florida Driver’s License/insurance
must be maintained throughout employment.
FAMILY THERAPIST

Job Summary
Must provide in-home counseling and other supportive services to
families. Also, responsible for keeping all required records of
the contacts made, as well as case narratives of interactions with
each family. Assist in meeting statistical information on clients
referred to the program. Assist in screening and accepting appropriate
referrals to the program.
Shift
Primarily day shift with some evening & weekend hours
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Graduate in Psychology or related
social service field, along with two (2) years experience in family
therapy or crisis intervention. Six (6) years professional experience
may be substituted for Master’s Degree. Bilingual English/Spanish
required.
SECRETARY

Job Summary
Secretarial support position with the responsibility of performing clerical
duties. Work performed may require familiarity with the terminology used in the
Clinical Services area. Assignments are usually performed with general instructions,
guidance and minimal supervision.

Primarily day shift with some evening & weekend hours
Qualifications
High School Diploma, clean driving record (valid FL license & insurance)
Must type a minimum of 35 wpm. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word,
Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and spread sheet applications.
DEPENDENCY CASE MANAGER SUPERVISOR

Job Summary
To manage the daily operations of a dependency case management
unit; supervise case management staff and support staff; coordinate
service delivery to ensure that client needs and program goals are
being met.
Shift
This position entails a flexible work schedule-generally
8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m., including a one hour lunch period. The position
requires 24/7 on-call availability.
Qualifications
A Masters Degree in a human services related field from an accredited
university, two years relevant experience working with children and
families in the Child Welfare System, possess a state of Florida Child
Protection Certification; or a Bachelors degree in a human or non-human
services related field, four years of relevant experience working with
children and families in the Child Welfare System and a state of Florida
Child Protection Certification. Supervisory experience.
CINS/FINS CASE MANAGER

Job Summary
To provide day to day supervision of youth who are truant and
ungovernable. Ability to provide advocacy, linkage, and network
services for and on behalf of clients and their families while
maintaining consistent and accurate documentation and appropriate
billing.
Shift

- 5:30p.m., including a one hour lunch period.
Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in a human services related field from an

with children and families. Must maintain a valid Florida Driver

CLINICAL THERAPIST

Job Summary
Provide weekly individual and family therapy to clients, using
appropriate treatment modality. Conduct bio-psychological assessments
of clients referred for therapy, ensuring that all appropriate assurances
and authorizations are obtained. Develop and maintain appropriate treatment
planning in conjunction with clients/families.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related behavioral
science discipline. Two years clinical experience providing therapy
to children and families. Bilingual English/ Spanish required.
