DRUG FREE WORKPLACE
The Center for Family and Child Enrichment has an obligation
to its employees, clients and the public at large to reasonably
ensure safety in our workplace, as well as safety in our products.
Consequently, the following are strictly prohibited: use,
possession, sale, purchase, transfer or being under the influence
of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or other intoxicants at any
time on Corporate premises or while on Corporate business.
With that said, all employees must pass a pre-employment drug
screen. Additionally, if it is suspected, with reasonable cause,
that an employee is engaging in the use of any intoxicants while
on Corporate premises or while on Corporate business, the employee
will be asked to immediately submit to a mandatory drug test.
Employees found to be in violation of this policy can be subject to
counseling by his/her immediate supervisor, referred to a drug
counseling facility and dismissal.
PART-TIME TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST

Job Summary
On a part-time basis, provide transportation and direct care services for minor clients in the Dependency Foster Care System. This includes safely transporting clients to school, social and recreational activities and other appointments. This position also requires, on occasion, that you assist the group home staff, as needed, in the course of your normal duties.
Shift
A split shift with morning and late afternoon hours.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience working with youth. Experience transporting children strongly preferred. Also requires access to a well-maintained vehicle, a valid Florida Driver License, valid auto insurance and a clean driving record.
Dependency Case Manager

Job Summary
Develop and review service plans and implement activities which assure access to services documented in dependency court case plans. Advocate for clients at relevant agencies, service planning meetings and in the courts, as needed. Conduct and document home visits, schedule appointments (including contacting responsible parties to coordinate appointments giving directions as needed) and/or arrange transportation and other services as needed.
Shift
Primarily day shift; however, on call 24/7 as needed.
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in a human services related field from an accredited university and at least one year working with children and families. Also, in order to be considered for this position, you MUST possess a State of Florida Child Protection Certification.
Youth Care Worker

Job Summary
Provide direct care services for minor residents ages 0 -13, in the CFCE respite center. This includes participation in all day, evening and night activities with shelter residents and monitoring resident areas to provide a safe therapeutic environment. Additional duties include preparing meals for residents, attending scheduled in-service trainings and completing daily inspections and progress notes. Complete other duties as directed.

CLINICAL THERAPIST

Job Summary
Provide weekly individual and family therapy to clients, using
appropriate treatment modality. Conduct bio-psychological assessments
of clients referred for therapy, ensuring that all appropriate assurances
and authorizations are obtained. Develop and maintain appropriate treatment
planning in conjunction with clients/families.

Primarily day shift with some evening & weekend hours
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related behavioral
science discipline. Two years clinical experience providing therapy
to children and families. Bilingual English/ Spanish required.
